Post-operative aortogram shows aorto-aortic bypass graft (4a on left side: thoracic segment 4b on right side: abdominal segment) with right iliorenal bypass. The catheter is passed through the native aorta which shows significant narrowing of the suprarenal aorta, Note the occlusion of the left renal artery. The right common iliac and external iliac are replaced by collaterals.
